About Life Development University
Life Development University is a versatile, community-driven space designed for creativity, collaboration, and impact. Our space works especially well for workshops, wellness retreats, panel discussions, pop-up shops, brand activations, photo and video shoots, art exhibits, intimate performances, private events, and educational programming. The environment is intentionally flexible, making it easy to host both structured programming and free-flowing creative gatherings.

General Pick-Up: - Remove all personal belongings and event materials - Pick up and dispose of all trash, food containers, and decorations - Wipe down tables and commonly used surfaces - Return furniture to its original placement - Remove all tape, signage, and temporary installations Trash & Disposal: - Collect all bagged trash from inside the space - Dispose of trash in the designated parking lot dumpster/bin - Break down and discard all boxes properly - Do not leave trash in hallways, restrooms, or outside the building Before You Leave: - Turn off lights and equipment used during your event - Ensure doors are fully closed and secured - Notify LDU staff once you’ve completed your walk-through
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
