We take cleanliness seriously and prepare the space before every booking to ensure guests walk into a fresh, ready-to-use environment.
Between bookings, our team:
• Resets the room layout and removes any leftover trash or items
• Wipes and disinfects high-touch surfaces (door handles, tables, chairs, remote controls, light switches)
• Cleans and sanitizes restrooms and common touchpoints
• Sweeps and mops floors as needed, with extra attention in high-traffic areas
• Checks the space for presentation, restocks basic supplies when applicable, and does a final walkthrough before guest arrival
Guest expectation:
Guests are asked to leave the space in reasonable condition (dispose of trash, remove personal items, and return furniture to its original placement). Additional cleaning may be charged if excessive mess is left behind.
