This thoughtfully designed gallery space offers a refined, intimate setting ideal for a wide range of gatherings and creative uses. The layout includes two distinct gallery rooms, providing natural flow between spaces, along with a full bathroom and a kitchen equipped with a sink and refrigerator (outside catering and prepared food are welcome). The space works beautifully for business meetings, team off-sites, strategy sessions, private dinners, proposals, engagement celebrations, anniversary gatherings, birthday parties, holiday soirées, pop-up events, brand activations, intimate networking events, meditation sessions, sound baths, workshops, trainings, game nights and all-occasion photo/video shoots. The built-in gallery walls and curated artwork create a sophisticated backdrop that photographs exceptionally well! With desk space available for meetings and flexible open areas that can be configured for seated dinners or standing receptions, the layout adapts easily to both professional and celebratory occasions. The environment is artistic yet polished — ideal for hosts looking for something more distinctive than a traditional event venue. Located in a vibrant historic district surrounded by exposed brick architecture and large-scale murals, the space is within walking distance of Michelin-starred dining and several unique cocktail bars, making it perfect for guests who want to continue their evening nearby. This is a special opportunity, as we are currently piloting private rentals during the month of March to explore how the space functions for curated events! Because this is an active fine art gallery, the space is best suited for adult gatherings and is not conducive to children’s events. For all bookings, a brief description of the intended event must be submitted for approval to ensure it aligns with the integrity of the space. Whether you’re planning a meaningful celebration, an elevated meeting, or a creative production, this gallery offers a distinctive and memorable setting!

Health and Safety Measures

The gallery is thoroughly cleaned and prepared before every rental. High-touch surfaces, restrooms, kitchen areas, door handles and shared spaces, are sanitized to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for each booking. Hosts are responsible for leaving the space in the same condition in which it was received. All trash must be bagged, personal items removed, and any furniture returned to its original placement at the end of the rental period. Following each event, the gallery completes a deeper cleaning and sanitation process to maintain the integrity and presentation of the space.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
