Our comprehensive protocol aligns with local health authority guidelines, focusing on high-touch surfaces, shared amenities, and the deep cleaning of soft, porous materials. To ensure the highest air quality, the home features HEPA-certified air filters and ample access to outdoor ventilation across our 1.2-acre grounds. We also provide a fully stocked station of protective gear—including masks, gloves, hand sanitizer, and disinfecting wipes—and have reconfigured our 4,150 sq. ft. layout to support physical distancing. From 6-foot floor markers in common areas to detailed cleaning checklists posted on-site, we’ve handled the logistics so your crew can focus entirely on the creative process.
