Welcome to a spacious industrial loft studio located in the heart of downtown Atlanta. This 1,800 sq ft creative space combines exposed brick textures, warm hardwood floors, and beautiful natural light to create the perfect backdrop for photography, video production, and content creation. Large 8-foot factory-style windows flood the studio with natural light throughout the day, making it ideal for lifestyle photography, portraits, fashion editorials, branding shoots, and social media content. The open floor plan allows plenty of space for lighting setups, production equipment, and multiple shooting angles. One of the most striking features of the studio is the industrial staircase set against the original brick wall, creating a unique architectural element that adds depth and character to photos and video. The space is intentionally kept minimal and versatile, allowing creators to style the studio to match their vision. Whether you’re shooting a campaign, filming content, or hosting a creative session, this loft provides a clean, authentic Atlanta aesthetic that works for a wide range of productions.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

We take cleanliness seriously to ensure every guest has a safe and comfortable experience in the studio. The space is thoroughly cleaned and reset between all bookings. Our cleaning process includes: • Disinfecting high-touch surfaces such as door handles, light switches, tables, chairs, and equipment. • Sanitizing shared studio equipment including backdrop stands, lighting stands, and tripods. • Sweeping and cleaning the hardwood floors to remove dust and debris. • Wiping down furniture and styling pieces used within the studio space. • Removing trash and replacing liners in all waste bins. We schedule buffer time between bookings to ensure the studio is properly cleaned, inspected, and prepared for each guest. Our goal is to provide a clean, professional, and production-ready environment for photographers, creatives, and teams using the space.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 90-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
