DIMENSIONS-Indoor shop is divided into two sections: Up to 60% Available for Events: This area provides ample space for gatherings, seating arrangements and activities. 40% Decorated with Curated Collection: Filled with cool cars, neon signs and other captivating decor. This section offers fantastic opportunities for your guests to photograph and enjoy. CLIMATE CONTROL:The space is equipped with heating and air conditioning ensuring comfort for all guests year round. VERSATILE OUTDOOR AREA-Flexible Usage: The outdoor space can be utilized for parking or additional event activities. SEATING ARRANGEMENTS:Large 10' Table & 12 Wood Chairs:Available for seating, comfortably accommodating guests. Perfect for dining, discussions or crafting & creating. Cozy Lounge Area: Features a Chesterfield leather sofa, coffee table, leather chairs and ottoman, flat screen tv, creating a stylish and comfortable space for relaxation and conversation. FACILITIES:Currently there is no running water or restroom facilities within the shop. A portable toilet will need to be rented. We can assist you in arranging this for your event.
