Health and Safety Measures

We take pride in maintaining a clean, polished, and event-ready environment for every guest. Before each booking, the space is thoroughly cleaned and reset, including sanitizing all high-touch surfaces such as tables, chairs, door handles, and restrooms. Floors are swept and mopped, and all common areas are refreshed to ensure a welcoming atmosphere. After each event, our team performs a detailed cleaning to restore the space to its original condition. Trash is removed, surfaces are disinfected, and the venue is prepared for the next guest. We ask all guests to complete basic cleanup (removing personal items and disposing of trash in designated bins), while our professional cleaning process ensures the space remains in top condition at all times.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
