Sun-Filled Corner Loft with Arched Windows | Photo Studio & Meeting Space

This is a working creative studio and office used by a long-running NYC design agency, occasionally made available for meetings and small-scale photo shoots. The space features beautiful arched windows with abundant natural light throughout the day, hardwood floors, and a flexible layout that can accommodate a variety of setups. Ideal for brand content shoots, interviews, board meetings, focus groups, creative team working sessions, and editorial work. We host a limited number of productions and remain on-site during bookings to assist with logistics and setup. Furniture can be moved to create open shooting space, but the space is not delivered completely empty. Please note that this is not an event space. It is best suited for small teams (typically 2–8 people) and intended for quiet, professional use only.
