The space is thoroughly cleaned and reset before and after each booking to ensure a fresh and welcoming experience. All surfaces, high-touch areas, and shared elements are carefully sanitized, and décor is thoughtfully arranged to maintain the intended aesthetic. Guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as found, including disposing of trash in designated bins and returning any moved items to their original placement. A standard cleaning fee covers general upkeep; however, excessive mess, spills, or damage may result in additional charges.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
