Our Cleaning & Sanitization Standards We take pride in providing a clean, professional environment for every booking. To ensure the space is ready for high-energy events, we follow a rigorous reset process between every guest: High-Touch Sanitization: We deep-clean all major surfaces, including the central kitchen island, countertops, and the red leather seating, using professional-grade disinfectants. Floors & High-Traffic Areas: All tiled and wood-style flooring is swept and mopped to ensure a dust-free environment for your guests and equipment. Bathroom Deep Clean: The full bathroom is thoroughly sanitized, including the tub/shower, vanity, and bidet. Fresh, clean towels are provided for every booking. Kitchen Refresh: All appliances are wiped down, the sink is sanitized, and the refrigerator is cleared to make room for your event's food and drinks. Outdoor Maintenance: The .45-acre grounds are inspected and cleared of any debris to ensure your onsite parking and yard space are pristine upon arrival. Garbage Removal: All trash from the previous event is removed, and bins are lined with fresh bags so you can start your setup with a clean slate.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
