The space was built in 1920 and has been beautifully remodeled--think light-filled, modern meets century-old character, and great vibes. Outside, there is nearly an acre of land awaiting you. We're located in Joelton, just 20 minutes from Nashville. Consider us your go-to space to gather, reset, and renew just outside the city. We have a variety of venue rental options from hourly, half-day, and full day rates for full use of the downstairs (two living rooms, open space perfect for yoga or movement, kitchen and dining/meeting space, and restroom) up to overnight and weekend rates for the full space. We're also available to support some of your event coordination needs (e.g. meals and vendors) and collaborate with you to design your event/retreat/meeting. While you can consider our space a blank canvas, here are some examples of what we are best suited for: retreats, yoga or movement classes, workshops of all kinds, meetings/gatherings, energy work, cooking/food-focused events, and experiences that cultivate connection, relaxation, and renewal. Prior to the remodel, the space housed a flower shop. We have named all of the bedrooms after flowers as a connection to the space's past and our passion for individual and collective transformation--as we say, growth happens here. Here's a little more info about the space: -There is seating for 10 at our large dining table; but we have 9 additional chairs that can be utilized if needed -We have 10 yoga mats and blankets -You would have full use of tableware, coffee maker, and electric tea kettle -For overnight or weekend rentals, we have accommodations for up to 9 individuals sleeping separately OR up to 13 individuals (if four beds were shared)

The space is cleaned between bookings; at a minimum, surfaces are dusted and cleaned, floors are vacuumed, tableware is clean and accessible, restrooms are cleaned, and trash and recycling are taken out. If a space is utilized overnight or a weekend, in addition to the above, bedrooms and associated rest rooms are cleaned, linens are changed, and spaces are restocked.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
