About the Space
Our main space is a Realty and Construction Showroom. There is a seperate conference table and chairs seating 8 to 10 people. Multiple Large Screen TVs are available for presentations and viewing. Convenient kitchen and bathroom. Close to Highway I5 and centrally located. It's a perfect space for workshops, presentations, cooking classes/demonstrations, training seminars and other meeting types. Accomodates seating for up to 50~60 people. We have 3 - 6' folding tables and 20 folding chairs.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
