Health and Safety Measures

We take cleanliness and guest safety very seriously. The space is professionally cleaned and reset between every booking to ensure a clean, organized, and camera-ready environment. 🧼 Cleaning Process: • All high-touch surfaces are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected (desks, chairs, countertops, door handles, etc.) • Floors are swept and sanitized regularly • Bathroom is fully cleaned and restocked before each booking • Trash is removed and replaced after every guest ✨ Reset Standard: The space is carefully reset to its original layout before each booking so every guest walks into a clean, consistent setup. 🧴 Supplies Available: • Hand soap and cleaning supplies are available on-site • Paper towels and basic cleaning items provided for guest use if needed We ask all guests to respect the space and leave it in the same condition it was found. Cleaning fees help ensure the space remains high-quality for every booking.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
