Podcast & Content Creation Studio – The Current @ Lewis Center Step into a professionally designed podcast and content creation studio built specifically for today’s business owners, entrepreneurs, and creators. This space was created to make producing high-quality content simple, efficient, and stress-free. Whether you're recording a podcast, filming social media content, hosting interviews, or creating training videos, this studio provides everything you need to look and sound professional from the moment you arrive. The space is arranged to support both audio and video recording, with optimal camera angles and lighting built into the setup. Guests can easily move from recording longer podcast episodes to capturing short-form content within the same session.

Cleaning Process – The Current @ Lewis Center We take pride in providing a clean, professional environment for every guest. The studio is cleaned and reset between each booking to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience. Between Each Booking All surfaces, including tables, chairs, and high-touch areas, are wiped down and disinfected Microphones, headphones, and shared equipment are sanitized Trash is removed and replaced with fresh liners The space is reset to its original layout and appearance Floors are checked and cleaned as needed Daily Maintenance Full wipe-down of all studio surfaces and equipment Floors are swept and/or vacuumed Restroom and common areas (if applicable) are refreshed Supplies (paper towels, wipes, etc.) are restocked Guest Responsibilities To help maintain the quality of the space for all users: Dispose of all trash before leaving Wipe up any spills Return furniture and equipment to original positions Leave the studio in the same condition as found Additional Cleaning A deeper cleaning is performed regularly to maintain a polished, professional environment
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
