With soaring ceilings and beautiful bounced natural light, this space is perfect for all-hands meetings, keynote speeches, and panel discussions. For event organizers, this floor houses a gorgeous private room (perfect as a green room for speakers or an executive prep area) and two private bathrooms. ✨ The Upstairs (Max Capacity: 75) – Moody, Maximalist & Immersive A curated, colorful wonderland designed to spark creativity. This floor features unique vignettes, ambient lighting, and stylized lounge sets. It is the ultimate environment for relaxed networking mixers, creative brainstorming sessions, or comfortable breakout groups. IN-HOUSE SERVICES, A/V & LOAD-IN: We are fully equipped to make your event seamless. We have a large TV, full A/V capabilities, and microphones available. We also offer in-house staff photographers to document your event, and bar setups for your post-meeting happy hour! For vendors, both floors feature their own direct exterior entry ramps, making load-in for caterers and A/V teams incredibly fast. (Note: The floors are connected internally by a steep fire escape, making renting a single floor the most seamless experience for standard meetings).
