Our massive 7,500 sq ft dual-level creative venue is the perfect backdrop for conferences, meetings, trainings, lunch-n-learns, brand launches, and dynamic off-sites. We’ve hosted large, national brands whose attendees raved that our unique "couch conference seating" made for the most comfortable, engaging, and visually appealing event they’d ever attended. Plus, the entire venue is incredibly photo-ready! Whether you are snapping team headshots, capturing a keynote, or filming social media content during your brand launch, every angle is absolute eye candy. To give your team the best budget flexibility, your base rental secures exclusive use of ONE floor of your choice. Need both? You can easily unlock the second floor in our Add-Ons! THE TWO SPACES: When you book, let us know which floor fits your agenda: ☁️ The Downstairs (Max Capacity: 100) – Bright, White & Wide Open A stark white, modern industrial canvas built for scale. With soaring ceilings and beautiful bounced natural light, this space is perfect for all-hands meetings, keynote speeches, and panel discussions. For event organizers, this floor houses a gorgeous private room (perfect as a green room for speakers or an executive prep area) and two private bathrooms. ✨ The Upstairs (Max Capacity: 75) – Moody, Maximalist & Immersive A curated, colorful wonderland designed to spark creativity. This floor features unique vignettes, ambient lighting, and stylized lounge sets. It is the ultimate environment for relaxed networking mixers, creative brainstorming sessions, or comfortable breakout groups. IN-HOUSE SERVICES, A/V & LOAD-IN: We are fully equipped to make your event seamless. We have a large TV, full A/V capabilities, and microphones available. We also offer in-house staff photographers to document your event, and bar setups for your post-meeting happy hour! For vendors, both floors feature their own direct exterior entry ramps, making load-in for caterers and A/V teams incredibly fast. (Note: The floors are connected internally by a steep fire escape, making renting a single floor the most seamless experience for standard meetings). SCOUTING & TOURS: Want to see the space in person before booking your team's off-site? Tours are available upon request! Just send us a message to schedule a walkthrough. (Please note: To protect our venue, a fully refundable $500 security deposit is collected one week prior to your event). What's Included vs. Add-Ons To keep our base rate approachable while accommodating large corporate events, we operate a-la-carte. ✅ INCLUDED IN YOUR RENTAL: Exclusive use of your chosen floor (Upstairs or Downstairs) Easy ramp access for catering/A/V load-in 8 dedicated parking spots (ideal for executives or vendors) Any lounge furniture/seating that is permanently staged on your chosen floor High-speed WiFi ➕ AVAILABLE AS ADD-ONS (See checkout for pricing): Unlock the 2nd Floor: (+$50/hr) Expand your footprint to use both floors for distinct work and play zones! A/V & Presentation Gear: Large TV/screen, speakers, and microphones. Meeting Furniture: Extra rectangular tables, round tables, chairs, and high-boy tables are not included in the base rate but can be rented for a flat fee to suit your exact layout. In-House Photographer: Hire our staff photographers to beautifully document your conference or brand launch. Expanded Team Parking: Access to neighboring lots for up to 42 total parking spots. Bar Usage: (Note: If you plan to SELL drinks or serve a full bar/mixed drinks, a licensed bartender must be present).

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
