Before each booking: • All surfaces are wiped and disinfected (tables, chairs, countertops, high-touch areas) • Floors are swept and cleaned • Restroom is fully cleaned and restocked • Trash is removed and liners replaced • Space is reset to original layout unless otherwise arranged After each booking: • All tables, chairs, and used surfaces are disinfected • Floors are swept and spot-cleaned as needed • Trash is removed and disposed of properly • Props, furniture, and supplies are returned to their designated areas • Restroom is cleaned and checked
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
