Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

We take cleanliness and presentation seriously to ensure every guest has a seamless, high-quality experience at The Vault. Before each booking, our team performs a full venue reset, including sanitizing all high-touch surfaces such as bar tops, seating areas, restrooms, and entry points. Floors are thoroughly cleaned, glassware is polished, and all surfaces are inspected to meet our standards. After each event, the space undergoes a detailed deep clean to prepare for the next guest. This includes waste removal, restroom sanitation, bar breakdown and cleaning, and resetting all furniture and décor. We also maintain strict bar sanitation practices, ensuring all tools, surfaces, and service areas are cleaned and organized throughout service. Our goal is simple: every guest walks into a space that feels fresh, polished, and ready to impress.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
