Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

Cleaning, Trash, and Condition of Premises • Client must return the venue in substantially the same condition in which it was received, reasonable ordinary wear excepted. • Client must remove all decor, personal items, rental items, catering materials, and trash generated by the event unless Venue offers a separate cleanup package. • Trash must be bagged and placed in designated areas. Food, spills, and restroom misuse that require extra service may result in cleaning charges. • Excessive cleaning, biohazard cleanup, glitter or confetti removal, smoke odor remediation, or damage cleanup will be billed to Client.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
