About The Studio

Our versatile 1,800 sq. ft. upscale storefront event space, designed to accommodate a wide variety of gatherings and creative experiences. With an open floor plan and flexible layout, the space can be customized to fit your vision—whether you’re hosting workshops, pop-up shops, photo shoots, podcast recordings, meetings, seminars, birthday parties, baby showers, private dinners, or special celebrations. The space features stunning 8-foot glass windows at the front entrance and along the left side of the building, providing beautiful natural light during the day and a stylish storefront presence. In the evening, elegant low-light wall fixtures create a warm and inviting atmosphere perfect for intimate events. The front area offers an open layout ideal for seating arrangements, vendor setups, networking events, or social gatherings, while a separate back room provides additional privacy and can be used for storage, prep space, changing area, or breakout sessions. While there is no kitchen on-site, the back room offers convenience for catering setup or event staging. Amenities include free WiFi, two 60-inch televisions for presentations or entertainment, one gender-neutral restroom stall, and rear emergency exit access. The venue comfortably accommodates up to 45–50 guests. For added convenience, table and chair setup is available for an additional fee. Furniture rentals are also available, and professional cleaning service is included with your booking.

Health and Safety Measures

A professional cleaning team thoroughly cleans, disinfects, and sanitizes the space before and after each event. Services include trash removal, stain treatment, floor care, and glass cleaning. We use commercial-grade, EPA-approved products to ensure a safe, fresh, and polished environment for every guest and event experience.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
