This boutique event space is designed for intimate gatherings, creative events, and content creation, comfortably accommodating up to 35 guests, up to 60 guests. The open layout allows for flexible use, making it ideal for baby showers, birthday celebrations, networking events, workshops, and brand shoots. The main area features a modern lounge setup that can be arranged for social gatherings, presentations, or casual seating. There is additional space for tables and chairs, making it easy to host dining setups, dessert tables, or workshop-style layouts. Health and Safety Measures

Our space is thoroughly cleaned and reset between each booking to ensure a safe and welcoming environment. High-touch surfaces, shared amenities, and frequently used areas are disinfected after every event. We allow time between bookings for proper cleaning and turnover, and provide hand sanitizer and cleaning supplies for guest use. Our goal is to maintain a clean, comfortable space so guests can enjoy their event with ease.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
