At Casa Mulberry, we maintain a rigorous cleaning and sanitation program to ensure the space is consistently clean, safe, and ready for every guest, event, or production. Pre-Event Preparation - The space is thoroughly cleaned prior to each booking - All high-touch surfaces—including tables, chairs, door handles, and service areas—are sanitized - Floors are swept and mopped, and all visible surfaces are wiped down and reset - Restrooms are fully cleaned, restocked, and inspected During Your Booking - For events with staff, we maintain continuous upkeep of the space - Trash is managed and removed as needed - Restrooms are monitored and refreshed throughout the event - Spills or messes are addressed promptly to maintain a clean environment Post-Event Cleaning - After each booking, the space undergoes a full reset and deep clean - All surfaces are sanitized and returned to their original condition - Waste is removed and properly disposed of - The kitchen and service areas are cleaned in accordance with food safety standards Kitchen & Food Safety Standards - The kitchen is maintained to commercial food safety standards - All prep surfaces, tools, and equipment are cleaned and sanitized before and after use - Any use of the kitchen during bookings must follow approved guidelines Cleaning Products & Practices - We use professional-grade cleaning products suitable for hospitality environments - Our process is designed to meet or exceed local health and safety expectations What We Ask of Guests - Please leave the space in a reasonable condition - All personal items, decorations, and external materials must be removed at the end of your booking - Excessive mess or damage may result in additional cleaning fees Commitment to Quality We approach cleaning as part of the overall guest experience—not just a reset. Cancellation Policy

Standard 30-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
