Our venue is designed to accommodate a wide range of events, including baby showers, bridal showers, birthday parties, micro weddings, receptions, corporate meetings, reunions, and private celebrations. The flexible layout and customizable design make it easy to transform the space to fit both intimate gatherings and larger events. The Sand Suite features an open-concept layout designed for flexibility and easy customization. The main area can be arranged for dining, seating, dancing, or presentations, making it ideal for a variety of events. A built-in lounge area provides a comfortable space for guests to relax or gather, while the movable island bars can be used for food service, dessert displays, or beverage stations. The space can be easily tailored to fit your event needs, whether you’re hosting a seated dinner, a social celebration, or a meeting-style setup. Its layout allows for a smooth flow between different areas, creating a functional and inviting environment for guests. Our venue offers a variety of convenient and unique amenities to make event planning seamless. Tables and chairs are included with every booking, along with access to a refrigerator and speakers for music or announcements. The space also features stylish lounge seating areas and movable bar islands for added functionality. We also offer optional in-house services, including professional event decorating, photography, and an officiant for ceremonies, allowing clients to simplify their planning by working with trusted, on-site vendors.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

We take cleanliness seriously and thoroughly clean between every booking. All trash is removed, bathrooms are fully sanitized, floors are swept and mopped, and all surfaces are wiped down to ensure the space is fresh, clean, and ready for your event.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
