Chef's kitchen that can be either an interactive cooking experience for guests, or a separate service area that is directly accessed to the terrace. Guests will have access to the main floor, backyard, and rooftop terrace. House is serviced by a single passenger elevator. The house is perfectly suited for a wide range of activities, from cocktail parties to World Cup watch parties. (Large outdoor screen is available for an additional fee.)
