Welcome to your new favorite creative headquarters in Lawndale. This 5,000 sq. ft. expansive 2nd-floor loft is designed for creators who need scale, versatility, and a polished industrial aesthetic. Whether you are filming a high-production music video or capturing clean, minimalist content, this massive open-concept space provides a stunning backdrop that looks incredible straight out of camera. Included: unique sets for use during your shoot including a high fashion purple themed set, 80s inspired set, brick background Coming Soon: Mores sets are always being built including a jail set coming soon The Space Experience true creative freedom in a space that balances modern convenience with raw industrial charm. The second floor features a wide-open layout, offering a range of opportunities for both photography and film. The Pro Studio Setup: Includes a dedicated 10’ x 10’ green screen (which extends an additional 10 feet onto the floor for a full 20-foot reach)—perfect for visual effects and high-energy productions. Production-Ready Amenities: We help you get started by including professional lighting and tripods with every rental. Flexible Layout: Move seamlessly between sleek seating areas and wide-open floor space. We offer 10 to 20 desk chairs and various couches that can be reconfigured to face your speakers or suit your set. Exclusivity & Access We value your creative process and provide a private, focused environment: Exclusivity: The space is rented to only one person or production at a time, ensuring total privacy and control over your environment. Smoking Friendly: This is one of the few local studios where smoking is permitted. Capacity: Accommodates a maximum of 25 guests, making it ideal for crews, podcasts, or intimate events. Perfect For:Our studio is built for Music Videos, Podcast Filming, Commercial Photoshoots, Film Projects, Product Shoots, Promotional Content, TikTok/Instagram Reels, and Branding Sessions. For equipment load-in, please inquire about doorway dimensions in advance. While the space is private and expansive, it is not soundproof. For video filming, we recommend professional audio recording equipment. Our Cleaning Process To ensure every production has a professional and safe environment, we adhere to a rigorous cleaning protocol between every booking: Professional Turnover: The space is thoroughly cleaned by a professional crew before every reservation. This includes sweeping and mopping the 5,000 sq ft of floor space to ensure it’s camera-ready. High-Touch Sanitization: We sanitize all high-touch surfaces, including door handles, light switches, restrooms, and the video check-in screen, using hospital-grade disinfectants. Gear Maintenance: All included equipment—such as tripods, lighting stands, and monitors—is wiped down and inspected for functionality between guests. Restroom Hygiene: Our two on-site restrooms are fully deep-cleaned, restocked, and sanitized daily. Trash Removal: All production waste from previous bookings is removed from the premises to ensure a fresh, odor-free environment for your crew. Ventilation: With our large industrial layout, we ensure proper airflow and ventilation throughout the loft prior to your arrival. Guest Responsibilities: While we handle the heavy lifting, we ask that guests leave the space in a "broom-clean" condition and place all trash in the provided bins. This helps us maintain our high standards and quick turnover times for the creative community.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
