Welcome to Emerald lake, a 10+ acre outdoor paradise with a beautiful creek running through this picturesque property. This private property is nestled in a valley surrounded by conservation area, with immediate access to Bruce trail into neighboring Terra Cotta and Silver Creek conservation areas making it perfect for the outdoor enthusiast. Immerse yourself in the serenity of nature and experience a diverse range of wildlife including rainbow trout, trumpet swans, bald eagles, and more. Our 2700 sq foot patio is the perfect spot for a variety of activities and the space provides an ideal soundscape away from traffic and city noise. The property is available year round and each season has its own charm and wonder. The property has many unique elements including winding interconnected paths through the forest, 2 small bridges, a windmill, 2 bonfires, a hunting blind, and an enclosed pool area that can be used for filming (not swimming, currently being fixed). Smoking is allowed outside on property. We are happy to arrange a site visit and accomodate your needs. This is our home so it can provide a rustic lived in feeling if indoor spaces are required and we can discuss this further if needed.
