Health and Safety Measures

The space is cleaned and inspected before each booking to ensure it is ready for productions, photo shoots, and creative projects. High-touch surfaces, common areas, floors, and accessible production areas are regularly maintained between bookings. Guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition it was found and remove all trash, props, and production materials before the end of their reservation. Additional cleaning may be required for larger productions or bookings involving extensive setup.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
