Health and Safety Measures

Loft 3400 is professionally cleaned and refreshed between each booking to ensure a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for every guest. High-touch surfaces, restrooms, tables, seating areas, and commonly used spaces are sanitized thoroughly before each event. Trash is removed after every booking, floors are cleaned, and the venue is reset to maintain the loft’s elevated atmosphere and presentation. We take pride in providing a clean, well-maintained space so guests can focus on enjoying their event experience. Guests are asked to remove personal items, decorations, and excess trash at the conclusion of their booking to help us maintain the space for future events.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
