Visloft Studios is a multi-level indoor venue made up of several individually bookable rooms, each designed with its own layout and atmosphere. The space supports a range of uses including private events, small gatherings, content creation, photo and video shoots, and creative sessions. Each room functions as a self-contained environment, with a mix of lounge-style setups and more open, adaptable layouts depending on the space. Some rooms include furnished seating arrangements suited for social settings, while others provide a more flexible setup for production or event customization. The interior design follows a modern aesthetic with clean finishes, controlled lighting, and varying brightness levels across rooms. Certain spaces are more ambient and low-lit, while others are brighter and more neutral, allowing for different types of use without requiring major adjustments. Overall, the venue operates as a collection of distinct spaces within one location, offering a consistent and well-maintained environment with multiple setup options depending on the room selected. Optional add-ons such as professional photography and videography are available to elevate your Booking. All photography and/or videography services are booked at a minimum of 3 hours for this space, ensuring full coverage and high-quality content throughout your event. Contact us directly if you wish to add these services. An additional $500 security deposit is required and is returned promptly after your booking following a post-event inspection, provided all rules are followed and no damages occur. As well as a buliding fee Security staff is mandatory for events with: 20+ Cast/Crew: 1 guard required 40+ Cast/Crew: 2 guards required Security is also required for any event where alcohol is present. Security services are an additional hourly charge in accordance with building requirements and are typically scheduled 30 minutes before and after the Booking. Both security deposit & Building Fee & Security Staff Fee (if applicable) is required Before the booking. We will work out a way to pay these addionial fees when we discuss the booking. This space can only be booked for a minimum of 4 hours.
