Health and Safety Measures

The space is cleaned and reset between each booking to ensure a fresh and welcoming environment for all guests. High-touch surfaces, floors, and common areas are regularly maintained and sanitized. We ask that all guests respect the space by: Removing all trash and personal items at the end of their booking Placing trash in designated bins Leaving the space in the same condition it was found Guests are responsible for basic cleanup, including wiping down surfaces and returning furniture to its original layout. Additional cleaning may be required for larger events or excessive mess and may result in an additional fee.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
