Cleaning & Reset Checklist * The studio, loft, bathroom, kitchen, gym, and common areas are professionally cleaned on a weekly basis. * High-touch surfaces, including door handles, countertops, tables, appliances, and restroom fixtures, are sanitized regularly. * Floors are swept, vacuumed, and mopped between bookings as needed. * Bathroom supplies including soap, paper products, and hand towels are restocked prior to guest arrival. * Kitchen surfaces and appliances are wiped down and reset after use. * The cyc wall is inspected and touched up regularly to maintain a clean shooting surface. * Furniture, décor, and equipment are reset to their original layout before each booking. * Trash is removed and disposed of between reservations. * The space is ventilated and checked for overall presentation, cleanliness, and functionality prior to guest check-in. * We ask all guests to help maintain the space by removing personal items, disposing of trash, and leaving the studio in respectful condition at the end of their booking.
