Main space is 4000 sq. feet with 16 ft ceilings and 3 large skylights. The total sf is 14000 on 2 floors. The lower level is 7000sf with 11 ft ceilings. The main space works well for special events, weddings, and film locations. There are plenty of smaller rooms for dressing rooms, food prep, or office space.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
