**Backyard Rental – Clean‑Up Procedures** When your rental time ends, please follow these simple clean‑up procedures so we can keep the space safe and ready for the next guests: - Please remove all personal items, decorations, and trash from the backyard and side areas before you leave. - Empty all trash and recycling into the designated bins near the entrance (located by the trash containers on the east side of the house). - Do not leave any glass, food waste, or large debris on the lawn or patio. - If you brought in outside food or catering, kindly take any leftover bulk items with you or place them in the trash/recycling using the provided bags. - Wipe down any tables or surfaces you used, and return furniture and equipment to their original positions. - If you notice any spills, stains, or damage, please let the host know immediately so we can address it promptly. A clean backyard helps us maintain a beautiful and safe space for everyone. Thank you for your cooperation!

Cancellation Policy

Standard 90-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
