What's Included: • The Lemon Farm: 900 organically maintained Eureka lemon trees — no pesticides, no herbicides, not even the organic-approved ones. With three to four harvests per year, fruit stage and color vary by season. Inquire in advance to align with your creative vision, if relevant to shoot. • Mediterranean Atmosphere: Valley views, Mediterranean flora, and a hillside framed by cypress trees and bougainvillea. The kind of setting that has drawn productions from across the country — and had them saying they didn't need to fly to Italy after all. • Natural Light All Day: Open exposure from sunrise to sunset. About an hour before sunset, the sun drops behind the western hill and the eastern hillside glows warm and golden — consistent and cinematic. Most productions book late afternoon for this window. • Flexible Production Space: Multiple shooting angles and backdrops across the property. We're open to most creative directions — just run it by us in advance. Interior filming and pool access are not included unless separately arranged with the host. • Private & Production-Ready: Gated entry, long private driveway, and a large flat parking area that fits crew vans and equipment trucks with ease. Address shared upon booking confirmation. • Single-Level Access: Residence and parking are on one level — no stairs. The lemon farm sits on a gentle hillside with easy access points throughout. • Restroom & Staging Area: Restroom available on the property. A staging or dressing area can be arranged depending on the type of booking. • Equipment Provided: Clothing steamer, clothing rack, step stool, portable folding table and chairs, privacy divider, and two lemon picking baskets — all available for use. • Host On-Site: Host is available during your booking to answer questions, assist with the space, and make sure everything runs smoothly.
