We only service the photo and video industry. It is a 10 hour minimum. If you need the cyc wall freshly painted, it is $200. If you have a multi-day shoot and need it freshened overnight, it will cost $100 per request. Our space includes six(6) c-stands, arms, One(1) medium roller and junior boom, two(2) hi-boys, apple boxes, sandbags, tables, chairs, a steamer, a clothing rack, and v-flats. Our space is big and beautiful; however, it does not have soundproof walls, which can be an issue. You may get interruptions out of our complete control if you are recording audio. We want that to be clear that lines may need to be repeated. And we may need to ask a neighbor to turn it down, which can also go the other way for them. It only happens sometimes, but we like transparency. Your studio manager will help you navigate if it does happen. We must have shoots wrapped by 9pm to honor the buildings quiet hours.
