Health and Safety Measures
The home is professionally cleaned and inspected before each booking to ensure the space is production-ready and well maintained. High-touch surfaces, bathrooms, kitchen areas, floors, and common spaces are thoroughly sanitized and refreshed prior to arrival.
For productions and events, we ask that guests leave the property in generally the same condition it was received. This includes:
• Removing all personal items, props, equipment, and production materials
• Returning moved furniture and decor to original placement
• Properly bagging and disposing of trash and catering waste
• Cleaning excessive spills or messes during use
• Avoiding damage to floors, walls, furniture, and fixtures
A standard cleaning fee covers routine turnover and sanitization. Additional cleaning charges may apply for excessive mess, glitter, smoke, stains, confetti, large amounts of trash, or failure to restore the space after production.
To help maintain the home’s historic character and ensure a smooth experience for future guests and productions, we appreciate respectful use of the property throughout your booking.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
