A versatile screening room and performance theater in the heart of Hollywood, ideal for film screenings, premieres, panel discussions, live performances, brand activations, and private events. The theater seats 36 guests in lounge-style couches or up to 94 in standard black folding chair configuration. The space features a raised stage, professional projection and sound, and a full lighting setup capable of supporting a wide range of production needs. Natural light can be fully blacked out for screenings and productions requiring a controlled environment. Adjacent to the rooftop and main floor spaces, the theater can be combined for multi-space events.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
The space is professionally cleaned and disinfected between every booking. High-touch surfaces, shared amenities, and all equipment are sanitized prior to each event. The theater is equipped with HEPA-certified air filtration. Disinfecting wipes, spray, and hand sanitizer are available on site for guests throughout their booking. A post-event walk-through is conducted upon departure. A cleaning fee of $145 applies if the space is not returned to its original condition and waste is properly in waste bins.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
