About the Space

This studio has been inside this building for the past 12 years. The building is run by a local law firm, but my suite is in the back office that I converted into a LIVE TV studio. I have been working here since 2016 as a tech and took over ownership in 2024. I am an official supplier to all the major news networks (Fox news, CNN, MSNBC, CBS, ABC, NewsNation, Newsmax, etc.) Throughout the years, it has served as an exclusive studio for LIVE shots, and now I am opening it up to more clients and a more diverse set of services I can offer. With over a decade of production experience, 7 of those years working for Donald Trump's presidential campaign in 2016/2020 and then being Ron DeSantis' Live Video team for his Iowa Caucus Campaign in 2023. This studio is a single camera set up, pointed towards a chair that is in front of a 70" TV for any background image or video option. Front and back lighting for subject separation. Broadcast quality audio and crisp video. The camera is a Canon C100 Mk II with a Tamron Lens. The canon takes standard SD cards of any storage size. (Sandisk) *MUST BRING YOUR OWN SD CARD*

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

After every shot, the earpieces and wipes and cleaned with disinfecting wipes and hung to dry before the next booking. High touch areas such as door handles, desks or chairs are wiped after every booking.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
