This versatile event venue is designed to host a wide variety of gatherings, including birthday parties, graduation celebrations, networking events, corporate meetings, live performances, comedy shows, pop-up events, content creation, private receptions, and social mixers.
The space features a spacious open floor plan with seating for up to 250 guests. Amenities include an elevated performance stage ideal for DJs, live bands, speakers, and presentations; multiple VIP-style lounge sections accommodating groups of 6–10 guests; five booth seating areas; eight cocktail tables for smaller gatherings; a full-service bar area with bar seating; and an exclusive upstairs VIP section overlooking the venue.
The flexible layout allows hosts to customize the space to fit their event needs, whether creating a dance floor, networking environment, production set, or banquet-style setup. Additional features include multiple television screens throughout the venue, ample free parking, and separate men’s and women’s restrooms.

Cleaning Guidelines
To help us keep Rare Social in excellent condition for all guests, we ask that renters:
• Remove all personal items, decorations, and event materials before departure.
• Place all trash in designated trash containers.
• Dispose of food, beverages, and catering items properly.
• Return tables, chairs, and furniture to their original locations if moved during the event.
• Wipe up any major spills during your rental period.
• Remove any items brought into the venue, including balloons, signs, props, and equipment.
• Do not leave confetti, glitter, rice, or similar materials without prior approval.
Cleaning Fee: Basic cleaning is included. Excessive cleaning, damages, or trash left behind may result in additional fees.

✔ Trash removal from designated containers

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
