This private office offers a calm yet elevated environment where professionals, creators, and entrepreneurs can work comfortably while staying connected to the energy of Downtown LA.
The space includes free street parking for easy access and WiFi with high-speed internet to support seamless productivity. With 24/7 access, you have the flexibility to work on your own schedule, whether you’re in early, staying late, or running on creative hours.
Inside, the office is equipped with a desk and ergonomic chair for all-day comfort, along with a bench and additional seating that makes it easy to collaborate or host small working sessions. A plant wall brings a natural element into the space, enhancing creativity and wellness, while controllable AC allows you to maintain the ideal working temperature year-round.
For added convenience, the space includes a microwave and mini fridge, making longer work sessions easier and more comfortable. Creatives will also appreciate the built-in photography backdrop with multiple color selections, perfect for content creation, brand shoots, or client visuals without leaving the office.

Cleaning Process Between Bookings
At Visionary Studios, we prioritize maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for every guest. After each booking, our team follows a standard cleaning and reset process to ensure the space is properly prepared for the next reservation.
Between bookings, the space is professionally cleaned and reset, which includes sanitizing high-touch surfaces, clearing and removing any remaining trash, wiping down furniture and work surfaces, and ensuring all amenities are organized and ready for use. Floors are swept and/or vacuumed as needed, and the photography backdrop and seating areas are checked to ensure they are clean and properly maintained.
We also inspect the space after each use to ensure everything is in working order, including WiFi connectivity, AC settings, and provided equipment. Any issues or damages are documented and addressed prior to the next guest’s arrival.
While we take great care to thoroughly clean and prepare the space between bookings, we also ask guests to support this process by leaving the space in good condition at the end of their session. This allows us to maintain a consistently high standard for all creative professionals who use the space.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
