Welcome to The Landing—a modern, intimate event venue designed for meaningful gatherings and memorable celebrations. Our thoughtfully designed space is ideal for baby showers, bridal showers, birthday parties, brunches, networking events, workshops, pop-up shops, content creation, and other small private events. The open-concept layout comfortably accommodates up to 40 seated guests or up to 50 guests for standing or cocktail-style events. The space features elegant black draping, a stylish lounge area, cocktail tables, banquet tables, chairs, and a signature grass wall that creates the perfect backdrop for photos. A dedicated check-in area helps guests feel welcomed from the moment they arrive. The neutral, modern design allows you to personalize the space with your own décor or work with your preferred vendors to bring your vision to life. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

The Landing is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before each reservation. High-touch surfaces, tables, chairs, restrooms, and frequently used amenities are disinfected between bookings. Trash is removed after every event, and the space is inspected to ensure it is clean, organized, and ready for the next guest.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
