Our grand home was built in 1906 and we've lovingly filled it with playful treasures alongside eclectic original mid-century furniture. It has a laidback Victorian-Mid-Mod vibe (if this were a thing!) with generous natural light and proportional rooms. Our home has original details with updated electrical systems, a recently renovated kitchen, private outdoor space, and perennial garden. Available for use: First floor -> two living rooms, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, office gem, entryway and staircase. Private outdoor space and perennial garden also available. Second floor -> one bedroom, cozy vibrant library, plus original bathroom. Three additional teenage bedrooms available upon request for additional fee. Each room has various houseplants, artwork, and lovingly collected art objects and books available to use or move for filming, interviews, or photo shoots. There are 4-8 steps for entrance to our home plus an enclosed porch. We are located in the heart of Jamaica Plain, steps away from the Arnold Arboretum, Jamaica Pond, and a thriving main street.
