Health and Safety Measures
We clean and prepare the private dining room thoroughly before and after every booking to ensure a fresh, hygienic, and comfortable environment for all guests.
Surfaces Sanitised: All tables, chairs, countertops, and high‑touch points (door handles, switches, remotes) are wiped down with hospital‑grade disinfectant.
Furniture Reset: Seating is arranged neatly, tables are cleaned, and the room is reset to its standard layout unless a custom setup has been requested.
Floor Care: Floors are vacuumed and mopped, with extra attention given to food‑service areas.
Dishware & Utensils: Any provided serving items are cleaned, sanitised, and stored properly.
Waste Removal: All rubbish is removed, bins are emptied, and fresh liners are placed.
Air Quality: The room is ventilated between bookings to maintain airflow and reduce odours.
Touch‑Up Cleaning During Events: Supplies such as wipes, paper towels, and sanitiser are available for guests to use as needed.
We schedule adequate time between bookings to ensure the space is fully cleaned, reset, and ready for your event.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
