Welcome to The Den! A 1990s Hidden Riverside Gem Perched just above the river and surrounded by trees, The Den is a creative space designed for photographers, filmmakers, musicians, and content creators. Whether you're capturing portraits, filming a music video, recording live performances, or creating your next project, The Den offers a peaceful setting with natural scenery and a unique atmosphere. During your booking, you'll have access to the 195 sq. ft. Den, the attached deck, and the surrounding backyard. Feel free to rearrange the furniture and décor to fit your creative vision, and you're welcome to bring your own props or equipment. The Den is built with sound-absorbing wood walls and ½-inch-thick windows, making it an excellent space for live music sessions, acoustic performances, interviews, podcasts, and video production. A complete professional drum kit is also available to rent for $100 per day.
