This is a 900sqft space. We do not provide tables or chairs but work with many vendors who will rent them out to you. We also work with balloons, party decor, bartenders and other food vendors as well that we can refer their contact info to you after you book with us. We provide a microwave, 1 table and trash bags.

Please throw trash away in the dumpsters outside. If they are full, use the trashbags we provide and leave it by the window so we can throw it out for you. Everything must be cleaned and everyone must be out by 11:00PM.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
