About Speckled Hen

We offer a private upstairs event space with seating for up to 30 people. The room offers counter area to display food, drinks or other items and also has a restroom. You must use our catering for events before 3pm or may bring your own after 3pm. We also offer our downstairs cafe that seats up to 65 people and it available after 4pm Monday-Saturday and 3pm Sundays. This space is handicap accessible and has a patio area out front to enjoy in nice weather.

Health and Safety Measures

The facility is thoroughly cleaned daily. We supply a hand-washing station with soap, warm water and paper towels. We take care of removing all the garbage, disposal of the trash outside and adding new liners to the cans.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 90-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
