THE SPACE
This 1,200 sq ft loft feels like the stylish downtown apartment your guests wish they lived in. Raw concrete walls, 14 ft ceilings, and a stunning hexagon tile kitchen with a curved island that becomes the natural centerpiece of any gathering. Guests gravitate to the island for cocktails and appetizers while dinner comes together right in front of them. The space photographs beautifully, so your event content looks as good as the night felt.

THE KITCHEN
A full working kitchen with a 5-burner propane range that can be placed on the island, so a private chef can cook facing your guests. Plenty of prep space, and room for catering staging if you'd rather bring food in.
AMENITIES
Full kitchen, private bathroom with shower, Hollywood vanity mirror (great for getting ready before the event or a photo moment during it), WiFi, and a curated apartment aesthetic that needs zero decoration to feel special. Add your florals and place settings and you're done.
CAPACITY
Up to 40 guests standing or mingling. Seated dinners work beautifully at 12 to 20 depending on your table configuration.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
The Artsy Apartment is cleaned and disinfected between every single booking. All high-touch surfaces including door handles, the keypad entry, light switches, countertops, the kitchen island, appliance and faucet handles, and all bathroom fixtures are treated with disinfectant spray after each guest. Floors are swept and mopped, the kitchen and bathroom are fully cleaned, and all trash is removed. Disinfectant spray, paper towels, and hand sanitizer are provided in the unit so you can wipe down anything you'd like during your booking. The loft also has its own private ground-level entrance with direct outdoor access, so your group never passes through shared lobbies, elevators, or interior hallways to reach the space.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
