Suburbia, modern family home, with lots of space inside and outside

History of the space Our space is a home with lots of natural light and plenty of space for filming. The home is new (2020), and has a lot of character. We've added a lot of renovations to it, so it's modern, but not stuffy. It can be used in a plethora of environments, from formal to casual, to in between (we've had dozens of parties at our home, and have accommodated many different themes and vibes). We do not allow smoking in the residence. Neighborhood details Our home is surrounded by other homes, as well as gorgeous views of the mountains. We have several parks within the community (for dogs and kids). The overall experience of our neighborhood is best described as quiet, modern, friendly, and welcoming to events, filming, etc. Logistics Our home is 2 stories. Very tall ceilings in the living room (~30'). The entire home can be used for filming, as needed. It's 4 beds, 3 baths, with lots of rennovations done throughout. We have a very large outdoor area in the backyard, with multiple chairs, seating areas, a large table, etc. Inside, we have plenty of seating areas, and a large table in the dining room. Ample parking on the street (no meters or paid parking required), with room for 50 vehicles or more. Special rates associated with booking the space We're open to flexible pricing to use our space. It's our first time making the initiative to have our home used in filming, so we're willing to get aggressive, as we're confident ours can be used repeatedly once we have the first one completed.
