Tucked behind a wall of palms and flowering trees in Miami Beach, this house feels like it was built for slow afternoons and good light. The walls are lime washed in soft, chalky tones, the ceilings are warm white oak, and oversized black-framed windows turn every room into a backdrop with banana leaves pressing right up against the glass, daylight pouring in from every angle. The living spaces unfold one into the next: a fireplace room with a Venetian plaster mantel and a moody, oversized painting; a quieter media lounge tucked behind it and a dining room that opens straight onto the lawn. The kitchen is unfussy and warm featuring oak cabinetry, a plastered hood, stone counters, and a garden-facing window wall. Two guest bedrooms are available for styling, both soft and neutral, ready to be composed however the shoot calls for. Step outside and the jungle takes over. A pool and spa sit framed by manicured grass, towering palms, and dense tropical planting, an oasis private enough that it could be anywhere. The windows of the house double as a second set of backdrops from the outside looking in. There's a full day of shooting here without ever leaving the property: window light in the morning, poolside at midday, that glass-and-greenery glow at golden hour.
Please note: the owner's private suite and office are not included in the listing and are not available for shoots. Master shower access is available as a pre-approved add-on for beauty/product photography (swimwear, skincare, haircare, etc.) Please request at the time of booking. Access requires brief transit through the private owner's suite. All day-to-day booking operations are managed by Aisha.
