Welcome to the West Vancouver Cricket Club Clubhouse, a spacious and versatile venue well suited for private celebrations, community gatherings, meetings, workshops, team events, retreats, dinners, and small corporate functions. The clubhouse offers flexible indoor space that can be arranged for seated dining, presentations, social gatherings, or open-floor activities. The main gathering area can accommodate tables and chairs, while the bar and service area can support catered events and beverage service. The kitchen may be used for food preparation and serving, subject to prior approval and applicable booking requirements. Guests also have access to washrooms, indoor seating areas, and an outdoor patio overlooking the surrounding cricket grounds. The sports-field setting gives the venue a unique, relaxed atmosphere that is difficult to find in a typical banquet hall or meeting room. Free on-site parking is available in designated areas near the clubhouse. Driving or parking behind the clubhouse is restricted to authorized vehicles and deliveries only. Please note that events must follow the venue’s noise, alcohol, cleanup, and capacity requirements. Any use of the cricket grounds, licensed bar, kitchen, or additional event services must be discussed and approved in advance.
