Downstairs, a raw basement lounge suits hackathons, private dinners, and after-hours parties. Upstairs, quiet dedicated desks offer a focused coworking retreat away from the event energy below. On top, an open-air rooftop delivers city skyline views, ideal for happy hours and warm-weather gatherings. A kitchen, high-speed WiFi, and flexible furniture on every level let the space flex from a 20-person private dinner to a standing-room event for over 300 guests.

    Health and Safety Measures

    Our professional cleaning crew fully cleans the space after every event and before each new booking. This includes wiping down all surfaces and furniture, vacuuming and mopping floors across every level (basement, ground floor, upper floor, and rooftop), emptying and replacing trash, restocking restrooms, and tidying the kitchen area. The space is inspected before your arrival to make sure everything is fresh, sanitized, and set up properly for your event.

    Cancellation Policy

    Flexible

    Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
    All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
